Our Heroes Are All
Around Us
Yesterday President Obama awarded Sergeant First Class Leroy Petry the
Medal of Honor. The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration awarded
by the United States government. Sergeant Petry received the award for his
gallantry while on tour in Afghanistan in 2008.
